There are two types of prices on the web site:
1. Promotional prices for new purchases for the 3 months prior.
2. Upgrade prices to V11 along with the promotional upgrade price for V9 to V11.

So new does not mean getting another
License Key via an upgrade it means a purchase of a completely different (new or added)
License Key. And the 3 months prior promotional prices do not apply in your case to an upgrade.
These prices apply from 1 October for upgrades:

There will always be a transitionary period between old versions, upgrading those, and the months of purchase close to when the upgrade release occurs.
Given you bought your upgrade on 30 July the online ordering system is strictly correct as you already have version 10.5 as your current
License Key, so only the V10 Pro to V11 Pro price is available. It's not possible for it to cover all other situations.
However, I can see why you might be expecting something else. It's best to contact our Customer Care Team. As you have also sent a Support Request through to us, I have forwarded that to them to advise you.
