Sound Adding sound in movie (student version)

Hi
I am using Lumion 10 students version, I have a problem when I render a movie with sounds on and it’s done rendering, there’s no sound of what I’ve added.
Any ideas?!

Hi Shusam

You need to use a media player that supports the MP2 (MPEG-1) format such as Windows Media Player or VLC. This is due to licensing restrictions.

Alternatively, you can use CloudConvert.com to convert the audio in the .MP4 file to a format that can be played in all media players:
