Hi again.

Fire Effects (both normal and volumetric) are currently supported in the Raytracing engine. Is that not working for you?

For Water, I posted a workaround in this thread:

In that case, you might be better off using a reflective semi-transparent Standard Material with a custom water texture.
Here's a quick example using this texture.

Hope this helps!

Thanks I am going to try this for the water! For the fire, it isn't showing up and I just assumed it was a glitch with raytracing, but maybe it has to do with how I have it encased in "glass" and the quotes are because I have the workaround glass on there. see attached image.

Not sure on the fire....but great job on the render/design. Maybe check the flooring plank width, looks wide. And possibly invert the normal map? I feel like the grain is sticking up.

Edit.
If you want burnt logs check here.

Indeed, there seems to be an issue rendering Fire Effects behind Materials with Opacity when using Raytracing. I'll report this to our developer team.
Thanks for bringing it to our attention.

As a workaround for now, perhaps you can use a real Glass Material for that fireplace?
